The objectives of the association shall be:
1. To promote unity and cooperation among Ugandan nationals living in China and Chinese
entrepreneurs doing business in Uganda
2. To provide a platform for social, cultural, and professional networking among members
of our community
3. To support and promote the welfare and interests of Ugandan nationals in China.
4. To foster cultural exchange and understanding between Uganda and China.
5. To engage in charitable activities that benefit both the Ugandan and Chinese
communities.
6. To encourage more Chinese nationals to invest more in Uganda through industrialization
that creates more job opportunities for Ugandans7. To boost Ugandas tourism industry by encouraging more Chinese nationals to
visit Uganda
8. To promote Ugandan made products in order to boost Uganda’s exports to china .

1. Membership in the association shall be open to all individuals of Ugandan descent
residing in China and to Chinese nationals doing business in Uganda or with investments
in Uganda.
2. Membership shall be voluntary and open to individuals who support the objectives ,
Mission, vision and corevalues of the association.
3. Members shall have the right to participate in the activities of the association, vote in
elections, and hold office.

1. The association shall be governed by an elected Executive Committee consisting of a
President, VicePresident, Secretary, Treasurer, and other officers as deemed necessary.
2. The Executive Committee shall be elected by members through a democratic voting
process.
3. The Executive Committee shall serve a term of [ 2 years ] and may be re-elected for
subsequent terms.
4. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for managing the affairs of the
association, organizing events,and implementing programs to achieve the objectives
of the association.

1. The association shall hold regular meetings to discuss and plan activities.
2. An Annual General Meeting shall be held to review the activities of the past year,
Make amendments to the Constitution , and approve the annual budget.
3. Special meetings may be called by the President or upon the request of a certain
percentage of members.

1. The association shall be funded through membership fees, donations, fundraising
events, and other sources of income approved by the Executive Committee.
2. The Treasurer shall be responsible for managing the finances of the association and
maintaining accurate financial records.
3. An annual financial report shall be presented to members at the Annual General
Meeting.

1. This constitution may be amended by a majority vote of members present at the
Executive Committee Board and at least 10 members subscribed with full membership
to the association .
2. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing to members at least 7 days
before the General Meeting.

1. In the event of dissolution of the association, any remaining assets shall be donated to
a charitable organization agreed upon by the members.

This constitution shall be adopted upon approval by a majority vote of members of
the Executive Committee
